Experience

Pawana Thammasila is a Partner at ONE Law Office Limited. With the background of 37 years in public sector at the Revenue Department, she has vast experience with regard to all tax matters including inspection for statutory compliance of large businesses and multinational corporations, tax appeal procedure and practice, tax advice and planning, as well as transfer pricing compliance support.

During her time at the Revenue Department, she held the position of the Director of Large Business Tax Administration Division during October 2003 until May 2007 with the authority and responsibility to supervise more than 2,500 large taxpayers at that time. She also led and launched the project of service excellence tax office while she was working at Regional Revenue Office 7 during May 2007 until October 2013, the project of which had been instigated in eight provinces of the lower northern provinces of Thailand.

In 2011, she received the United Nations Public Service Awards, which is the most prestigious international recognition of excellence in public service in countries worldwide where the winner is recognized for their creative achievements and contributions of public service institutions that lead to a more effective and responsive public administration.

Pawana shifted to the private sector in 2014 when she joined SCL Tax Consultants Limited as a Partner supervising the team in her practiced area of tax matters. She then moved forward to join ONE Law Office Limited in the beginning of 2020.  

Pawana Thammasila has vast experience with regard to the inspection of large businesses and multinational corporations as she was responsible for supervising the large tax payer offices (around 2,500 offices) while she was the director of Large Business Tax Administration.

She also launched the project of service excellence tax office and instigated the said project in eight provinces of the lower Northern provinces of Thailand while she was working for revenue office 7. In 2011, she received the United Nations Public Service Awards, which is a prestigious award in the advancement of knowledge management in government.

Pawana Thammasila joined SCL Tax Consultants Limited in 2014 as a Partner, following 36 years of service in the Revenue Department.
