Profile

Wiwat began his legal career in 2021 and has experience across litigation, corporate, and commercial law. He started as a Litigation Paralegal at a Thai law office before becoming a Lawyer at Flash Express, where he represented the company in courts throughout Thailand.

He later served as an in-house legal advisor at a Chinese Telecommunication and Fiber-Optical Equipment distributor, advising on cross-border contracts, regulatory compliance, and business operations.

Since 2025, Wiwat has been an Associate at ONE Law, focusing on commercial and corporate matters including contract drafting, licensing, Long-Term Lease & Property Transactions, M&A, employment, Family law, and data protection. He is known for his pragmatic approach and ability to bridge legal considerations with business realities.

Advised and assisted corporate clients across various industries in obtaining business licenses, regulatory permits, and ensuring compliance with Thai investment and industrial regulations. Key representations include:

  • Assisted a food and beverage company in obtaining food and alcohol sale licenses for its retail and distribution operations.
  • Advised a steel cabinet manufacturer on securing an IEAT permit for its factory located within the Amata City Industrial Estate.
  • Provided legal advice to a telecommunications distributor on Foreign Business License (FBL) and BOI (Board of Investment) compliance matters.
  • Assisted a plastic packaging manufacturer in obtaining an IEAT permit for its factory in the Wellgrow Industrial Estate.

Long-Term Lease & Property Transactions

Represented local and international clients in real estate acquisitions and long-term lease transactions, providing legal support from due diligence through registration. Key representations include:

  • Advised and represented a client in the purchase of two condominium units in Bangkok, including title verification and registration.
  • Advised and represented a client in a long-term condominium lease transaction in Phuket, covering contract negotiation and registration.
  • Advised and represented a client in the registration of land and building transfer in Chachoengsao Province.

Litigation

Represented and advised corporate clients in a wide range of civil and labor disputes, focusing on strategic, efficient resolutions to protect client interests. Key representations include:

  • Represented a nationwide logistics company in multiple labor disputes, including claims of unfair termination, severance pay, and employee fraud.
  • Represented the company in various civil cases, including breach of contract, tort, and lease deposit claims.
  • Managed all stages of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, coordinating evidence, negotiating settlements, and attending court hearings nationwide.
