Athisha began her legal career as an Indirect Tax Legal Consultant at EY Corporate Services Limited, where she was actively involved in both indirect tax compliance and advisory services. Her responsibilities included preparing various tax filings, and providing practical advice on Value Added Tax (VAT) and Specific Business Tax (SBT) to international clients through detailed memos and concise written summaries. She also supported tax health checks, assisted with tax controversy matters, and participated in contract reviews to identify and mitigate tax-related risks.

In 2025, Athisha joined ONE Law Office Limited as an Associate Lawyer, where she continues to broaden her expertise across a wide range of corporate legal matters. Her work encompasses mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company incorporations, business restructuring, and legal due diligence for IPO readiness.
