Raksita joined ONE Law Office in 2024 as an Associate. With nearly four years of experience in the legal industry, she has advised clients on a broad range of matters, including corporate and commercial law, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets. Her capital markets experience includes pre-IPO advisory, legal due diligence for IPOs, post-IPO compliance, debenture issuance, and company secretarial services.

• Represented a Thai private company in its joint venture project with an onsen company for developing hotel business.
• Represented a Thai listed company in its entire business transfer (EBT) transaction plan.
• Represented a Thai listed company and its subsidiaries in M&A transactions involving acquisitions of companies engaged in the transformation of convenience businesses, nano-finance, and software business.
